• $3,000 Course Sponsor: Includes golf for 5, lunch & dinner, one Pin flag, “Cougar Club” Plaque, Webpage link and event signage.
• $1,600 Corporate Sponsor: Includes golf for 5, lunch & dinner, one Pin flag on the course and event signage.
• $1,500 Putting Contest Sponsor: Includes signage at the Putting Contest during Cocktail Hour, souvenir Pin flag, and event signage.
• $1,000 Cart Sponsor: Includes your name & logo on all golf carts, one Souvenir Pin flag and event signage.
• $600 Hole Sponsor: Limited quantity.Your name will appear both on an on-course Pin flag and on the “Golf Genius” Scoring App being used this year. Flag will be provided after the outing for display at home or office.
• $200 Blue & White Sponsor: Your name will appear in the event signage.
• Corporate/Individual Donation: in any amount to support the efforts of the Boosters and Athletic Department.

• $225 Individual Golfer Entry: $300 if paid after Labor Day (9/3/18).
• Team Entry: Fivesome $1,125, Sixsome $1,300 (saves $50), please include golfer names below.
• $125 “Young Alum” Entry:for Cougar Grads no more than 10 years out from your CC graduation.
• $50 for 3 Raffle Tickets: You can purchase three tickets for the new 50/50 Raffle.
